Upset by the fact that there is a person whom he cannot control, Cho-in chases Kyu-nam, accidentally killing someone in the process. This begins a confrontation that will push both men to the brink.

With this film, Kang, who is usually cast as in pretty boy roles, plays a villain for the first time in his career. He recently earned Best Actor honors at the Critics Choice Awards for his role in this year’s hit “Secret Reunion.”

Synopsis:
The film is based on the Korean folklore, Tale of Jeon Woo Chi. The story starts during the Chosun era in 1509 with Jeon Woo Chi (Kang Dong Won) together his dog, a group of Taoist wizards, some evil goblins, a corrupt king and a prophetic pipe everyone want to get a hold on. Jeon Woo Chi later framed for a crime he did not commit and is imprisoned in a magical scroll.
When evil goblins start materializing in modern day Seoul, the triumvirate of Taoist wizards came out of retirement to release Jeon Woo Chi to help stop the havoc wrought by the goblins. The only snag is that Jeon Woo Chi is more interested in exploring the modern day world and chasing after women rather than chasing after goblins.

i didn't know that Kang Dong Won (KDW) movie "Jeon Woo Chi" were screened in Malaysia.. and unfortunately i was too late for that cuz it starts on 25th March and screened for a week only :( i guess that was my mistake cuz i didn't stalk his thread at soompi for so long....

but, he also has another new movie coming up, title "Secret Reunion / Sworn Brothers" and i hope it will screen in Malaysia too n it wasn't a bad idea to watch this handsome guy on a big screen, right?

anyway, the dvd will come out soon... and someone will definitely sub these movies, and i'll share it with u guyz :)

and for those who know when "Secret Reunion / Sworn Brothers" will be screen in Malaysia, pls let me know ok? maybe we can watch KDW together :)
